@StanGrabowski & i called within seconds of seeing the problem on my screen! first agent was sympathetic, second agent was total jerk.
@MyLittleBloggie i didn’t; the price i thought i was approving was a pretty good deal. ticketed & charged before i could stop it.
and i still have to pay baggage fees on top of this ridiculousness. i have never been so frustrated.
worst part of this airfare fiasco is the customer service manager refusing to believe the website could have such a huge flaw in pricing.
@AmericanAir my options? take the flight or get back 40% of my money in airfare vouchers. not helpful.
@AmericanAir then there should be conditions that allow me to cancel and/or reschedule cheaper options without losing ALL of my money.
@AmericanAir If prices increase so dramatically from what I expected, then I should be given a warning/option before the charge happens.
